SUE GRAHAM

Hi I'm Sue Graham, a specialist in the Tauranga real estate market with a particular focus on the suburb of Maungatapu and the surrounding areas.

The real estate business has been my passion for the last 16 years, during which time I have built a successful reputation within the community. My ongoing success is due to local knowledge and experience, a genuine desire to help people with their real estate decisions, professionalism, and service excellence.

By embracing todays Technology, marketing and selling real estate has continued to be a rewarding challenge for me.

I began my Real Estate career in Tauranga in December 1995 with the personal goal to demonstrate 'Best Practice' in all aspects of Real Estate.

My natural personality provides all my clients with a very friendly, professional and successful service.

This has been evidenced by the numerous awards received and the recognition as No.1 Performer at Marketing 2000 Ltd from 1996-1998. In 1997/8 I also achieved Top 20 status for the Central Region. I also became a member of the 10 Million Dollar Club 1998. In September 1998 I decided to move to Advantage Realty Services, where I continued to remain a Top Achiever as No.1 Residential Salesperson at the Cameron Road Tauranga Branch. Again achieving Regional Top 20 status 1999/2000 and 2000/2001 and became a member of the 20 Million Dollar Club.

In 1999 my husband and I became shareholders (Franchise Owners) in Advantage Realty Services Ltd Tauranga. In December 2001 we sold our interest in that Company.

I re-established my real estate career with LJHooker Tauranga in July 2002.

GARY GRAHAM

Qualified as a real estate salesperson in 1999.

Spent 2 years as Business Development Manager in co-owned Tauranga real estate Agency.

Developed a Commercial Division for a South Waikato real estate Agency.

Joined Sue at LJ Hooker Tauranga in 2003 as her Personal Assistant.

Current Assistant's role is one of administrative support, client support/management, marketing, and business development.
