LJ Hooker TGA & Pyes Pa Offices have recently commented on the rise in sales volumes and in their listing inventory.

During the year their market share of all sales annualized rose to almost 20% and has been maintained at that level with individual months as high as 24%.These statistics on their own may not mean very much, but put in context of the Sales Team size which represents about 9% of all Tauranga Salespeople, then they clearly show that their results are consistently over twice their natural average in the market.

What this means for a Vendor is that the confidence expressed by entrusting the marketing of their home to LJHooker is well placed.
