Welcome to the first market comment for 2012.

Hope you have been enjoying the holiday season and are looking forward to a positive start to the new year. The market has continued to experience Buyer enquiry over the holiday period ,from both visitors and local Buyers.

With the return to "business as usual" next week for most people, I look forward to a continuation in the upward trend in the real estate market.
