(th February-Weekly market comment

In my comment last week it was noted that January had been busy and that most Commentators expect a steadily improving housing market through 2012, and also that Buyers will only pay perceived value.

Activity at the beginning of February has been more subdued,and this supports the view that it is far too soon to expect any tangible increase in property values.
